Paul is the co-founder of Okeechobee Music Festival, having served as chief creative officer and head of programming. A music industry veteran, Paul has an extensive media production background as Superfly and Bonnaroo’s creative director of original media where he was responsible for the production of broadcast and streaming media content.

ROSS GASSMAN

Ross led digital growth at Loud And Live, one of the largest Latin music concert promoters in the US; including strategy and execution of all digital efforts for Loud And Live's portfolio of music and sports events and brand name clients. His experience as a DJ/artist contributes to Ross’s almost preternatural understanding of the behavior of music fans.

JULIO MARIN

An expert digital marketer, in his most recent role at Zenith Media, Julio worked on Verizon’s paid social B2B account. He has extensive promotion experience in addition to supporting the digital marketing efforts of nationwide tours, entertainment companies, and venues in and around New York. He believes in connecting people through experiences, digital marketing is the medium he uses to do so.
